When there is a will, there is a way. Diabetes is one of the health problem the world is facing at the moment. But because it is chronic, expensive and not painful as long as the complications have not manifested, it is not taken serious.
Diabetes Care West Africa (a german legally registered NGO) consisting of just a few members, takes it upon itself to educate, detect and support people found out to suffering from this sickness. It is just part of our contribution towards the fight in stopping the alarming increase in the number of people suffering and will be suffering from this non-communicable disease.
We wish and we are willing to upgrade our activities and do more, if we should be lucky enough to get your support (any type)
But that notwithstanding, we will continue to task ourselves for a purpose.
